1. Fill in the application form for E-Permit (listed as below)
2. Print specification for your device being imported
3. Print a copy of your IC or Passport
4. Print shipment and customs invoice from the courier company (shipping invoice or pro-forma invoice)
5. Go to SIRIM HQ, Shah Alam

6. Go to counter, submit the application form and the documents mentioned as above and pay the RM106 included GST
7. You may receive the E-Permit via email within 24 hours
8. Send it to your courier company and release your shipment from customs
