1. Log on to ebayar.penang.gov.my
2. Click Member Registration for sign up (for new user only)
3. Sign in with username and password
4. Please select Cukai Tanah PTG as service and insert the account number, then click Add Account
5. Your account number will be display on PTG listing, then click on Payment
6. Your land tax's details displayed, for example
7. Click Bayar
8. Choose payment method via FPX or Credit/Debit Card and Click Bayar (additional charge: FPX RM0.53 per transaction & MIGS 1.908% per transaction)
9. Choose Visa/MasterCard (payment method Credit/Debit Card selected) and insert your card details
10. Please wait while your payment is processed
11. Official receipt prompt out and save as record
12. You can view the payment history from the record as well
